I believe that meaningful social impact and effective program implementation are not mutually exclusive, which is why I continually seek to deliver double bottom lines - social transformation & institutional goals. I have experience leading implementation projects with $23M-$320M budgets, teams up to 35, across 13 countries, and I’ve learned that social transformation is best achieved through the optimal use of local resources and local solutions. By focusing on program outcomes and impact, operational excellence, identifying inefficiencies, & creating innovative sustainable solutions, I have developed a record of consistent on-time project completion, regardless of project complexity, donor density, or geographic spread. I also offer lived experience on both sides of the donor/recipient dividing lines, affording me a nuanced understanding of stakeholder needs & the intricacies of donor requirements. I have leveraged this experience to establish grants & enterprise risk management frameworks from scratch while improving risk awareness and culture at multiple institutions. As a leader, I’m passionate about uplifting others and creating an organizational culture that fosters equity, empathy, & growth by valuing people as its greatest resource.
