I have over 30 years of experience working on program design and evaluation in developing countries, including recent almost similar assignments with HRP-NHRP to conduct Perception, awareness of human rights and complainants’ satisfaction survey-2020 as Team Leader, UNDP Liberia climate finance tracking as Team leader, UNDP- Bangladesh K4DM final evaluation as National consultant-evaluator, UNDP Guinea Bissau to conduct final evaluation of UNDP-GEF project as Team leader, at UN Women, UNDP, UNOPS with National Resilience Project formulation, in accomplishing an assessment with ACDIVOCA in Kyrgyzstan, UNDP Bangladesh for final evaluation of UNDP-GEF supported projects “community based adaptation to climate change through coastal forestation in Bangladesh , final evaluation of UNDP-BHRC capacity Development programme, For formulation of a project for UN Women in Tajikistan, and Scoping Mission for DFID Bangladesh’s Adaptive Disaster Preparedness and Early Recovery Fund, as a lead external evaluator for UNDP in Bangladesh (including as National Consultant – Institutional Development Expert during MTE of CDMP-II) and in Moldova with UNDP to conduct final evaluation as Team leader; UN Women in Tajikistan as DRR consultant as International consultant; with UNDEF in Bangladesh; FAO in Georgia; with the European Commission in Abkhazia; and as a gender advisor to the UN mission in Sudan. Previously, as the Director of the Department of Women's Affairs and Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs in Bangladesh, I have evaluated 18 donor-funded projects over 20 years, giving me a deep experience of working with donors and government agencies to execute and evaluate development projects .
