Mr. Quao, MSc. Accounting & Finance and Chartered Banker (ACIB) since 2001 is a banking and finance expert with 25 plus years' financial sector working experience spanning central bank, development finance institutions, commercial banks, microfinance institution, and not-for-profit financial NGO. He possesses valuable expertise in the conduct of due diligence on financial institutions and has been responsible for the provision of credit lines, credit guarantees, and delivery of technical assistance and capacity building programs to financial institutions. Mr. Quao also holds a wealth of practical experience and technical knowledge in banking and financial services with solid experience working with international development organizations to facilitate access to finance to MSMEs/ agribusinesses through financial institutions. His experience in the past 8 years has largely been focused on strengthening businesses for growth, profitability, impact and job creation. Mr. Quao has team-lead experience with excellent skills in banking operations, credit analysis, financial analysis, business analysis, market analysis, credit reviews, investment analysis, corporate banking, portfolio analysis and monitoring of clients, credit and financial risk management, and project management.
