I have MA in Development Economics and BSc degree in Dry Land Crop & Horticultural Science. Also I have taken some bridging courses of MSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering. Some of my core skills and experiences are: I participated in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of project plans, prepare and compile regular and up to date project progress reports, prepare livelihood strategies, asses and target beneficiary households in a project operational areas, engaged in in mobilization of communities, formation of Interest Groups (IGs) and Saving Groups (SGs). Concerning my work experience, I had worked in a private school as a teacher for one year and in World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) I had worked for over Four years on various positions (Livelihood Specialist, Food Security Development Facilitator and Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Response (DRR&ER) Facilitator). To mention some of my professional achievements; I organized various income generating groups mostly jobless youths, household heads (men and women) and people with disabilities from poor and vulnerable families. I organized these groups on metal and wood work, ox fattening, poultry, vegetable and fruit production, saving, small business and the likes. In general I have over Five years of experience. And, I have been exerting my best efforts to carry out my duties and responsibilities diligently. Moreover, Practical exposures, some training organized by WVE, and experience sharing instances with colleagues of my field gave me valuable skill and knowledge to diligently carryout my responsibilities.
