I am an independent public financial management (PFM) consultant with over 20 years of experience advising central and local governments on PFM issues across over 12 countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the South Pacific. I have worked on assignments funded by DFID, World Bank, IMF, ADB, GIZ, USAID etc. I hold a Master of Business degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Western Australia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Makerere University in Uganda. I am Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of the United Kingdom and a member Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, CPA (U). I am fluent in English and have a working knowledge of Swahili.
