Juliet Ntabgoba is an experienced Organization and Human Resource Development expert with over 25 years of management and senior leadership experience. Juliet has delivered organization development interventions, lead teams, developed strategy, and managed or facilitated organizational change at different levels. Her work also includes developing and implementing a myriad of programs to support leadership and talent development. Juliet brings both breadth and depth of experience. Her work has seen her assume progressively senior roles in several countries including the USA, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius and Uganda. Her industry coverage includes international development through entities such as the USAID, as well as private sector experience with IT, Telecommunication and Management Consulting services. Juliet is the Director of LeadUp Consultancy, which specializes in organization and human resource development consulting and coaching. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach with over 500 coaching hours and is licensed and accredited to use a number of assessment tools to complement her work. For example, she has over 10 years of experience as a licensed and accredited Insights Discovery Practioner. Additionally, she is certified to use various Hogan personality-based assessment inventories to facilitate leadership development. She has also worked with several 360-degree assessment tools and is also an experienced facilitator of training content including 'The Speed of Trust' and 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People' from the Franklin Covey Suite.
