Over the last two years he has provided technical advice to the multi-donor Somalia Stability Fund as the PSD and Value for Money Advisor with a responsibility of providing technical guidance on SME development, value chains and financial inclusion investments, assessing value for money for all investments made by the fund and preparing an annual value for money report.
