Hardi Bakari Nyari

Hardi Bakari Nyari is an experienced professional in the field of program monitoring and evaluation (M&E) with a rich background of over 15+ years. His expertise lies in designing, managing, and conducting program monitoring and evaluation activities. He is skilled in developing policies, systems, and procedures for data collection, analysis, management, and reporting. Hardi has held various roles, including project leadership, designing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems and units, building staff capacities, and providing consulting services to both International and Local NGOs. His consulting services primarily focus on tasks such as baseline, midterm, and final evaluations, capacity building and training in evaluation, as well as data analytics. Hardi's most recent position was Monitoring and Evaluation Expert for the Africa Union Commission in the Department of Health and Humanitarian. Currently, he serves as the Results Based Management Specialist at the Islamic Development Bank, specifically working with the Lives and Livelihood fund.
